John Wu started his real estate career in 1995 with Re/Max Real Estate where he achieved the 100% Club and President's Club award. John also has 10+ years of experience in key asset classes including Residential & Commercial Back Securities (RMBS & CMBS), Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). Prior to joining CBI, John has served as a principal subject matter and technical expert for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in the area of Franchise and Asset Marketing. He represented FDIC as an onsite liaison for failing bank institutions, potential assuming bank institution and the FDIC.

Lisa Stevens received her real estate license in 2003 and began actively investing in commercial real estate with an emphasis on rehabbing distressed properties. Unable to ignore her entrepreneurial spirit, she has also successfully launched four companies. By utilizing her skills acquired in the rehabbing of distressed assets, Lisa adds value to her clients by having a keen eye for the possibilities of repositioning an asset to bring its highest value.

Prior to joining CBI, Lisa partnered with a commercial development company in Dallas, Texas where she acted as an analyst and funding specialist for projects such as Luxury Senior Living Communities, Open Air Malls and College Extension Campuses. Lisa's personal experience and expertise makes her a great addition to the team of any investor who is looking to sell, buy or otherwise diversify their asset portfolio.

Noelle Phillips has 8 years of previous experience in Property Management where she helped partake in repositioning under-performing assets within the sub-market resulting in significant rent growth year over year as well as winning other internal awards for excellence. Noelle's extensive experience as a property manager gives her a powerful insight on optimizing the income of a property, and seeing the real value of a property by using her ability to see where an investor can add value by minimizing expenses.
