NEW YORK, Feb. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Observer announces today that it has launched a membership offering for commercial real estate professionals.

The New York-based media company will expand its exclusive, in-depth reporting of all aspects of the commercial real estate industry including leasing, investment sales, finance, construction and design news to subscribers with the launch of new premium tiered membership plans.

Anonymous Visitors and Basic Membership

• Anonymous visitors will have free access to articles up to the meter limit, which will initially be set at five articles per month before being asked for Basic Membership registration.
• Basic Membership will include full access to any recent article published on CommercialObserver.com within the last 30 days, plus daily and weekly newsletters. Basic Membership will also allow early access to event registration.

Premium and Premium+ Membership

Premium Membership will include all the benefits of Basic Membership, plus access to nine years of articles, deals, people, and company data. Premium members will also be able to create a personalized newsletter with stories targeted to their needs.

• Premium+ Membership will include all the benefits of Premium Membership, plus the weekly edition of Commercial Observer and complimentary access to one Commercial Observer event per year.
