HCP, Inc. Analyst Notes
On May 6, 2014, HCP, Inc. (HCP) released its Q1 2014 financial results. The Company's revenues during the quarter increased 5.7% YoY to $530 million. The net income attributable to common shares during the quarter was $258.0 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, compared to $230.1 million, or $0.51 per diluted share, in Q1 2013. During the quarter, HCP's Funds from Operations (FFO) increased to $0.75 per share, beating the Zacks consensus estimate by a cent.
