VANCOUVER, June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Compliance Energy Corporation ("Compliance" or the "Company) announces that the Board of Directors approved today a grant of a total of 150,000 share purchase options exercisable at $0.25 per share for a period of five years to certain directors of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Company's stock option plan.
