PADUCAH, Ky., April 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced today that Richard A. (Dick) Anderson, a CSI Board member, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and director of the Management Division of the Federal Reserve Board effective April 18, 2011.

The Chief Operating Officer of the Federal Reserve is responsible for overseeing the Board's Management Division, the Office of Staff Director, and the Division of Information Technology. In addition, the COO will work with division directors to set strategic direction and will provide expert analysis and counsel to the administrative governor regarding the overall operation of the Board's administrative functions, technology services, and short- and long-term strategic planning goals.
Anderson's career in the telecommunications industry includes serving as Group President-Global Business Services of AT&T, Inc., following AT&T Inc.'s acquisition of BellSouth Corporation in 2006. He served as Vice Chairman and President of Business Markets of BellSouth Corporation from January 2006 to December 2006; Vice Chairman, Planning and Administration from January 2004 to January 2005; and President, Customer Markets from 1999 to January 2004. He also served on the board of directors of Cingular Wireless from 2002 to 2007. Anderson retired from AT&T in June 2007 to pursue opportunities in public service.
He served as Executive Director of the Georgia Regional Transportation Authority from March 2008 to March 2010. Mr. Anderson serves on the boards of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, MetroPCS, Camp Twin Lakes, Marcus Autism Center, and MARTA. He also sits on the board of advisors for Kennesaw State University and Murray State University. Mr. Anderson graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in 1980 and received his MBA in 1981 from Murray State University.
Anderson was named one of the 100 most influential Atlantans by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. As chairman of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, he led an organization representing over 4,000 companies with more than 700,000 employees representing Georgia's economy. He was asked by Georgia's Governor Sonny Perdue to lead an effort to create a strategic transportation plan for the entire state of Georgia.
