Computing Source Acquires MuniDeals

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 20, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Southfield, Mich.-based Computing Source, an all-in-one digital evidence and legal support firm, announced today that it has acquired Southfield, Mich.-based MuniDeals. Computing Source CEO and Managing Director Mark St. Peter made the announcement.

MuniDeals provides municipal finance professionals with a wealth of easy-to-use services designed to streamline their workflow, including financial printing and specialized digital portals. The company, which serves public sectors including education and local government, will remain under the same name and retain the existing team, but will now operate as a business unit of Computing Source. Plans are being made to relocate the firm within an existing or new Computing Source facility.

To meet this need, the brothers formed and grew MuniDeals into a successful partner for the public finance sector.
