Comrade Deepens User Experience Expertise with Industry Veteran, Jaeson Paul

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Comrade, a leading strategy and digital product design agency, announced today that Jaeson Paul has joined the company as Director of User Experience. In this role, Mr. Paul will be responsible for helping Comrade deepen their leadership in user experience design as they grow their client base in the finance, healthcare, technology and non-profit sectors.

Before joining Comrade, Mr. Paul spent over 13 years at JPMorgan Chase and Washington Mutual, where he led teams of Interaction Designers and the User Research group to reinvent how people manage their money online. This included defining loyalty programs, investments, and two complete redesigns of payment interfaces for customers. Prior to his time in financial services, he spent time defining the information architecture and interaction design practices for the iXL's San Francisco office, working with large clients in the travel, healthcare, and technology industries, including Disney Travel, ITT Sheraton, Hollister Incorporated, GE Financial Assurance, and many others..
