Teton Saddleback Vistas went under contract following a Wednesday night auction held in cooperation with Richard Lewis and Jo Gathercole of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, an exclusive affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. 5925 Lazy H Road went under contract following a Thursday night auction held in cooperation with Dave NeVille, also of Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates.
