The multi-year partnership brings Concurrence's Health World Model and AI agents natively onto the Databricks Data + AI Platform, giving healthcare institutions a unified foundation for data, AI, and care delivery.

Their combined solution enables health systems, biopharma companies, and public health organizations to construct longitudinal records of their populations, build and deploy AI applications and agents grounded in their own healthcare data, support AI-powered care, and better understand patient outcomes.
