Confluence Point Acquires Perry's Roofing, Launches Eastern Exterior Partners

EXP to focus on growth and acquisitions across the fragmented residential re-roofing market in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic

With this acquisition, Confluence Point launched Eastern Exterior Partners ("EXP") to create a leading exterior home services platform in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic U.S.

Headquartered in Pleasantville, NY, Perry's Roofing provides roofing and related exterior replacement and repair services primarily to residential customers across New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
