Second renewal reflects Connexus' continued commitment to digital innovation, leveraging Alkami's SDK to extend its development capabilities and deliver personalized member experiences

One of Alkami's earliest customers, Connexus has renewed its partnership with Alkami for a second time, reaffirming its commitment to a flexible digital banking foundation that can evolve alongside member expectations and business priorities.

More than a decade after the partnership began, Connexus continues to use Alkami's Digital Banking Platform to deliver intuitive, personalized member experiences while supporting broader organizational goals around digital engagement, lending, and relationship growth. Connexus is also using Alkami's software development kit (SDK) to create custom digital experiences tailored to the credit union's members and products.

• Accelerated loan growth: 38% of lending application volume year-to-date comes through digital banking, up from 16% in 2020.
• Increased funding amount: 41% of total loan funding year-to-date comes through digital banking, compared with 12% in 2020.
• Deeper product adoption: Digital banking users hold approximately 17% more products per member than the average Connexus account holder.
• Improvement in member satisfaction: Connexus' organizational Net Promoter Score (NPS) increased from 42.3 in 2022 to 58 in 2025, while digital banking NPS increased from 31.1 to 52.7 over the same period.
• Elevated engagement: Connexus' mobile application has a 4.72 blended rating, including more than 14,000 Apple App Store ratings.
