Connie M. Brennan, R.N., C.P.S.N., C.A.N.S., C.P.C. is recognized by Continental Who's Who

PLYMOUTH, Minn., Feb. 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Connie M. Brennan, R.N., C.P.S.N., C.A.N.S., C.P.C. is recognized by Continental Who's Who with the Diamond Lifetime Achievement award in the field of Healthcare.  Connie is the President/Founder of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC, a company dedicated to providing medical providers with consulting and training in the field of facial aesthetic injectables.  Connie is also Director of Medical Aesthetic Education at the Center for Advanced Aesthetics at Life Time Fitness.

Despite being considered by others to be a non-surgical aesthetics expert, Connie says she feels she still has so much to learn as the field of medicine is constantly changing.  She admits she is in love with the pursuit of knowledge. A proud and loving mother of three children, the secret to Connie's success is her drive to learn more, a hard work ethic, and a passion for helping others.

In her current role, Connie is responsible for educating professionals and clients about facial aesthetic injectable products such as Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Perlane®, Radiesse®, Restylane®, Sculptra®, and Xeomin ®.  Connie's vast knowledge in this field began when she became one of the first nurses in Minnesota to be trained in the utilization of dermal fillers.  Additionally, she is certified in advanced skin care, advanced laser techniques, Advanced Injector Competence through the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and she is credentialed as a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse (CPSN), Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC).

Connie is a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in 10 states.  She contributes to her profession as a published author and as co-editor of the Aesthetics Department in the journal Plastic Surgical Nursing.  Connie is a faculty speaker for Allergan, Inc., Medicis, P.A.L.E.T.T.E. (Progressive Aesthetic Learning Essential to Technical Expertise), and the ASPSN at several conferences and conventions on the topics of facial aesthetics and skincare.  She became a Delegate in the representation of the Aesthetic Nursing Profession Award from the IWLA (International Woman's Leadership Association) in February 2013. 

Due to her many successes and professionalism, Connie was awarded with the Executive Woman of the Year in 2011 by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), Woman on the Way Award- NAWBO Minnesota in 2010, and Top Nurse from the International Association of Nurses in 2010.  According to Connie, her greatest professional accomplishment is melding the art in her soul with the science in her head, and finding the perfect outlet for these vastly different yet complementary disciplines in her profession as an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist.  Connie delights in seeing her clients happy with the aesthetic results and education they desire.  She lives by four mottos: treat others like you would like to be treated, do your best at everything you do, be present in the moment, and enjoy each day you are blessed with.
