Consumer Product Services Announces the Appointment of Rick Hamilton to President

DEER PARK, N.Y., Dec. 6, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Consumer Product Services Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CPSV) today announced the appointment of Rick Hamilton to President.  In his new role, Rick will be responsible for strategic business development, marketing, sales and will be involved in the company's day to day operations.

Mr. Hamilton joined CPS in March of 2009 and has held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing prior to this appointment.  He brings to CPS over 25 years of experience in the retail and product representation industries.  He has held many positions in major companies marketing products to "big box" retailers in the United States. Darren Krantz, CEO of Consumer Product Services Group, Inc. stated, "Rick Hamilton is a professional and seasoned executive. In 1991 Mr. Hamilton created National Vendor Services where he grew the sales of product from zero to over nine hundred million dollars with over one thousand employees in all 50 states.  This company provided retail merchandising service to the many of today's big box retailers.  This required extensive contact and relationships with virtually every executive in manufacturers and retail companies that NVS had under contract.  In 1999 NVS was the target of a private equity company and was sold.
