CHICAGO, Jan. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ContextMedia announced today that it will change its name to Outcome Health, a name that represents the company's aspiration to activate the best health outcome possible for every person in the world.
ContextMedia was founded in 2006 by Rishi Shah and Shradha Agarwal, who continue to lead the firm. In its early years, the company built a digital healthcare information network, bringing relevant and actionable media to patients nationwide living with a chronic condition. Over time, the company created a technology platform designed to transform the communication of health conditions and treatment options between patients and physicians. Today, the platform includes a 32" custom-manufactured tablet for the physicians with 3D anatomical models and other clinical reference materials, a patient tablet with video-based education on lifestyle changes and interactive health assessments for early diagnosis and several other engagement tools.
