CONTINENTAL RESOURCES DECLARES AND INCREASES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

OKLAHOMA CITY, Feb. 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CLR) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock, payable on March 4, 2022 to stockholders of record on February 22, 2022.

"This dividend represents a $0.03, or 15%, increase to the Company's $0.20 per share quarterly dividend paid in fourth quarter 2021 and equates to an approximately 1.7% annualized dividend yield¹, underscoring the Company's commitment to having a competitive and growing fixed dividend as part of its unique shareholder value proposition," said Bill Berry, Chief Executive Officer.
