MORRISTOWN, N.J., March 21, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- The law firm of Donnelly Minter & Kelly, LLC celebrates its growth coincident with its four-year anniversary and announces partners Laura Ann Kelly, Patrick B. Minter, and Patrick J. Galligan were named to the 2018 New Jersey Super Lawyers list, with associate Jared J. Limbach named to the 2018 New Jersey Rising Stars list.
Donnelly Minter & Kelly, LLC has been on a journey of continued growth since its inception in March 2014. Initially established as a single-location, progressive law firm with traditional values and a legal team of three, the Firm doubled its office space in its Morristown location, opened an office in New York City, and tripled its legal team over its short four-year existence.
Coincident with its 4th anniversary, the Firm announced partners Laura Ann Kelly, Patrick B. Minter, and Patrick J. Galligan were named to the 2018 New Jersey Super Lawyers list with Jared Limbach named to the 2018 New Jersey Rising Stars list. Growth of the Firm
In addition to the three founding partners, the Firm welcomed the expertise and leadership of two partners, David M. Blackwell and Patrick J. Galligan, in 2015. The Firm's sixth partner, Seth Abrams, was promoted from within in 2017.

2018 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars
The year 2018 is the eighth consecutive year of Mr. Minter's inclusion on the New Jersey Super Lawyers lists, and the fourth year for both Ms. Kelly and Mr. Galligan. Mr. Limbach has appeared on the New Jersey Rising Stars lists from 2014 to 2018, marking five consecutive years.
Ms. Kelly, a founding partner of the Firm, concentrates primarily on trust and estate planning and administration, and business succession planning for closely-held businesses. She counsels clients on the structuring of private foundations and charitable trusts to achieve their philanthropic goals. Rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell and "Superb" by Avvo, Ms. Kelly is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a past member of the District X Ethics Committee. Ms. Kelly graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 1989 and received her law degree from George Washington University in 1992. Most recently, she was named to the 2018 list of New York's Women Leaders in the Law.
Mr. Minter, also a founding partner of the Firm, focuses on civil litigation, most specifically in the areas of commercial litigation, liability defense and general insurance defense. He holds an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which he has maintained since 2010, and a rating of "Superb" from Avvo. A member of the American, New Jersey State and Morris County Bar Associations, Mr. Minter received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1994, after having graduated cum laude from Rhode Island's Providence College in 1991. He is a regular lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Education, as well as co-author of "Avoiding Legal Malpractice," an annual program.
Mr. Galligan, a partner of the Firm, focuses on professional liability, commercial litigation, construction law and general corporate counsel. The 2017 President of the Morris County Bar Association, Mr. Galligan also holds membership in the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association. He previously served as President of the Morris County Bar Foundation and was a former Trustee of the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Galligan was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a member of the District XB Ethics Committee. A 1991 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Mr. Galligan received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1996.
A litigation associate with the Firm since 2016, Mr. Limbach concentrates primarily in the areas of commercial disputes, professional liability and personal injury defense. He is also an experienced appellate advocate. Mr. Limbach graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 and from Fordham University School of Law in 2010. He holds membership in the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and serves as Trustee of the Young Lawyers Division of the Morris County Bar Association. Mr. Limbach is also a member of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
