Continuim Equity Partners Announces Strategic Growth Investment in Resodyn

(collectively, "Resodyn" or the "Company"), along with the investment of strategic growth capital to support the Company's next phase of expansion. This transaction represents the fifth new platform acquisition by Continuim Equity Partners Fund II, LP (together with its parallel investment vehicles, "Fund II") and Continuim's eleventh platform acquisition since inception. Resodyn will serve as Continuim's strategic platform in the industrial mixing and materials processing sector.
