ConvaTec (ConvaTec Inc. and ConvaTec Healthcare E S.A.) Intends To Raise $1,850 Million equivalent Credit Facilities Due 2020

LUXEMBOURG, May 15, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- ConvaTec (ConvaTec Inc. and ConvaTec Healthcare E S.A.) intends to raise $1,650 million equivalent of Term Loan Facilities and a $200 million Revolving Credit Facility due 2020 to refinance its existing Credit Facilities and Senior Secured Notes.

ConvaTec intends to host a lender meeting in London on Tuesday, May 19th and in New York on Wednesday, May 20th to provide additional information about this transaction to potential investors.
