Nachbor has more than 25 years of experience as a senior level executive. He comes to ConvergeOne from Leap Wireless, where as Senior Vice President of Operational Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, he helped to grow the business, double revenue, and increase free cash flow by 240% while reducing costs by 30%. His previous positions include Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller at H&R Block, CFO and Treasurer at Sharper Image Corporation, and Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Staples, Inc., among others. A CPA, he earned his undergraduate degree at Old Dominion University and his MBA in finance at the University of Kansas.
