As CTO, Langanki is responsible for establishing a technology strategy aligned with the ConvergeOne's overall business strategy. In this newly created position, he is also responsible for identifying growth opportunities through analysis of market trends and industry developments. Langanki will retain the role and responsibilities of VP Operations with ConvergeOne Collaboration.

With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, Langanki has successfully led the development and delivery of world-class collaboration and contact center solutions. While VP Operations at Spanlink Communication (now ConvergeOne Collaboration), Langanki led the development of their state-of-the-art managed services offering, complete with preventive monitoring capabilities that detect and fix potential issues before service degradation occurs. By providing technology confirmed by analysts as entirely unique in the industry, Langanki helped increase managed services monthly recurring revenue by 175% in two years since the offering was launched. He is also a Senior Lecturer and Associate Program Director of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, focusing on Operating Systems and Network Programming.

He is also a Senior Lecturer and Associate Program Director of Computer Science, Operating Systems and Network Programming courses at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is based at corporate offices in Minneapolis.
