COTTAGE GROVE, Tenn., March 14, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Cooper Holding Corp (Pink Sheets: SHAR), a publicly traded company engaged in the wholesale and retail sale of a diverse line of outdoor products, signs contract with Bruce Ayers as the new Chief Operations Officer to manage the day-to-day operations of the Company.
The BOD's has employed the services of Bruce Ayers as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Cooper Holding Corp. Bruce is an avid hunter and is very enthusiastic about the Cooper Hunting line of products. He has a BS in Administrative Management which he obtained from Clemson University, Clemson, SC.
In 1987 Bruce Acquired and developed the first franchise of "Hammett's Learning World" from franchisor J. L. Hammett, Co. of Braintree, MA, the country's first and oldest school supply company. Over the course of ten years Bruce grew the Company from one to six retail outlets and in 1997 successfully sold the company, accomplishing all components of his planned exit strategy.
In 2000 Bruce became Product and Marketing Consultant with Don Coffee & Co., Orlando, FL, for products in the sporting industry. He guided sales teams in strategic product marketing to optimize product placement in national stores including Dick's, Cabalas, Bass Pro Shops and national chains including Wal-Mart.
