CopaSAT Announces the Acquisition of Eclipse Composites Engineering
Acquisition to build on the strength of CopaSAT's satellite communication solutions
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Feb. 8, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- CopaSAT LLC, a world leader in highly reliable and secure communication technology, announces the acquisition of Eclipse Composite Engineering, a designer and manufacturer of military-grade SATCOM antenna components. Scott Bohnsack, CopaSAT's Chief Operating Officer, will become President of Eclipse. Eclipse's founder, Todd McNeil, will assume the role of CTO.
Designed to meet the rigorous standards of the U.S. military, Eclipse's advanced composite hardware solutions have earned a leading reputation in the marketplace. Eclipse will maintain its name and 17,000sqft manufacturing facilities located in Bluffdale, Utah.
