Corcentric and North Mountain Merger Corp. to Host Virtual Analyst Day on April 7, 2022

(NASDAQ: NMMC) ("NMMC" or "North Mountain"), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, today announced that they will host a virtual analyst day on Thursday, April 7, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET. The presentation is expected to conclude around 12:00 p.m. ET.

The event will feature presentations from Corcentric executives, including Founder, CEO, and Chairman Douglas W. Clark, President and COO Matt Clark, CFO Tom Sabol, and CRO Fritz Smith, and North Mountain CEO Chuck Bernicker.

As previously announced on December 10, 2021, Corcentric and North Mountain announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement to consummate a business combination (the "Transaction").
