CoreFX Expands Global Reach with New European Innovation Headquarters in Ireland, Supported by Enterprise Ireland

The new European headquarters will complement CoreFX's established U.S. operations, accelerating development of the company's proprietary CoreNhanced™ platform while expanding scientific collaboration and commercial growth across Europe.

EVANSTON, Ill. and COUNTY CORK, Ireland, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- CoreFX Ingredients LLC ('CoreFX'), a science-driven biotechnology company advancing nutritional performance through its proprietary CoreNhanced™ platform, today announced the establishment of CoreNhanced Biotechnology Limited in Ireland. Supported by Enterprise Ireland and developed in collaboration with Teagasc Moorepark, the new operation will serve as CoreFX's European headquarters for scientific innovation, technology development, and commercial expansion.

The investment represents a significant milestone in CoreFX's long-term global strategy, positioning Ireland as the company's European center for research, customer collaboration, and commercial growth. From this base, CoreFX will accelerate development of technologies that improve how bioactive molecules perform during manufacturing throughout shelf life, and ultimately, within the body.

Ireland was selected for its globally recognized strengths in food science, biotechnology, research collaboration, and access to exceptional scientific talent. Through its partnership with Enterprise Ireland and collaboration with Teagasc Moorepark, CoreFX will leverage one of Europe's leading innovation ecosystems while strengthening support for customers throughout the European Union.

The Irish operation launches with three scientists in place, led by Cara Maloney, PhD, an accomplished drug-delivery and biomaterials scientist with more than 5 years of postdoctoral research experience. With extensive research in formulation development and analytical methods, and 26 peer-reviewed publications, Dr. Maloney will lead the team's scientific and applied research activities, reinforcing CoreFx's commitment to technical excellence, innovation, and scientific development.

Leading the expansion is Trevor Dunne, Managing Director of Europe. Trevor brings more than two decades of international leadership across the food, flavor and nutrition sectors and will lead commercial growth, customer partnerships, and strategic expansion throughout Europe. Enterprise Ireland has worked alongside CoreFX since 2023, supporting the company's European strategy, research collaborations, and leadership development.
