coresystems Opens Consulting Office in Miami

WINDISCH, Switzerland and MIAMI, Feb. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- coresystems ag, whose headquarters are in Switzerland, is continuing its expansion in the US. Two years ago, the software manufacturer founded a branch office in New York, the focus of which was consultancy and sales of innovative next-generation apps & solutions in the SAP environment.

By contrast, coresystems Software USA Inc. Miami will deal mainly with projects for integrating branch offices into an SAP environment, and the associated support.

The Miami office will be managed by Juan Pablo Guerena-Moran. Mexican-born Guerena-Moran has the necessary experience of working on projects in the area of branch office integration. During the development phase, he will also receive strong support from his supervisor and experienced consultant, David Emmenegger, who is based at the Swiss headquarters. "We consider Juan Pablo Guerena-Moran to be the best person for our new Miami branch office. There are two reasons why we specifically chose a native Spanish-speaking SAP Business One expert for this role. Firstly, it will place coresystems in a much better position to implement projects in South America, and secondly, we want to expand our Spanish-language support service correspondingly," explains Emmenegger, who is responsible for the recruitment of new employees, in addition to the business expansion.

In the next six months, coresystems will recruit two support staff in Miami in the areas of Products, Cloud, and Services. Thanks to the support team and the time zone in this new location, coresystems will be able to close the final gap in its support availability. This means that from now on, coresystems customers will be able to enjoy 24-hour service from Monday to Friday.
