The gluten-friendly Quinoa & Pico Salad features quinoa, corn, black beans, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions and cilantro in a zesty lime vinaigrette. Also new to Corner Bakery Cafe's menu is a Toasted Sesame Kale salad. The healthful addition features fresh kale, shredded carrots and toasted sesame seeds with ginger soy dressing.
