DALLAS, Sept. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- This fall, Corner Bakery Cafe is bringing back the popular limited-time Italian Inspirations menu. With flavors inspired by Italy and handcrafted at the Corner, three specialty items are available through the end of the year.

The returning limited-time menu items influenced by the flavors of Italy include:

Italian Inspirations will return to the Corner Bakery Cafe menu beginning Sept. 19 and will be available through the end of the year.

Italian Classic Sandwich – A flavorful sandwich which features Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, pepperoncini peppers, Roma tomatoes, provolone cheese, and arugula drizzled with pesto vinaigrette on a freshly baked baguette.
Rustic Italian Panini – Best known for its signature grilled panini, Corner Bakery Cafe layers Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers and provolone cheese with pesto vinaigrette, all grilled to perfection on sourdough bread.
Italian Chef Salad – Genoa salami, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, pepperoncini peppers, and Roma tomatoes atop romaine lettuce and served with a balsamic vinaigrette for a refreshing, delicious meal.

In celebration of the Italian Inspirations menu, Corner Bakery Cafe will offer a chance to win a seven day trip for two to Italy to guests who register for the brand's new eClub program. This includes new members and existing members who upgrade their current ECafe membership to the new eClub. The program will allow eClub members to sign up for exclusive email and SMS text offers. Contest ends Monday, Nov. 6, and the lucky winner of the vacation to Italy will be announced Nov. 14, 2017.
