Matt Maise, VP Sales & Marketing and Product Development, has over 26 years industry experience primarily at the executive level with the JM&A Group and General Motors Protection Plan. Matt's broad range of experience in the warranty administration industry includes vendor and client relationships, product development for major auto clients, development of rates and forms, competitive analysis, compliance, product launch and training, operations and profit and loss analysis.
Keith Townsend, VP Finance and CFO, is a licensed CPA with senior-level experience in finance, administration and public accounting gained in diverse industries including manufacturing, retail operations, construction, and various service industries.
