ATLANTA, March 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Coro Realty Advisors welcomes Bart Cross as Vice President and Lindsay Douglas as Senior Leasing Agent. "It's a pleasure to welcome Bart and Lindsay to Coro. As Vice President, Cross will focus on representing corporate clients who are seeking retail sites and assist Coro in site selection for its properties. Cross has over 28 years' experience in leasing and retail, land and building acquisition and disposition for numerous users and developers, as well as retail investments sales. Prior to joining Coro, Cross served as Senior Vice President with the Atlanta offices of Grub & Ellis, Staubach Retail Services and Carter and Associates. Cross has been recognized as a Top Producer in Land and Retail by the Atlanta Board of Realtors over a period spanning from 1999 to 2011. A graduate of the University of Tennessee in 1983, Cross is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

As Senior Leasing Agent, Douglas is responsible for leasing half of Coro's retail portfolio including a variety of shop space, existing free standing retail buildings as well as outparcel opportunities. Douglas previously worked with Westplan Investors, Sullivan Wickley Leasing and Management and The Sembler Company bringing over 15 years of leasing and marketing experience in the real estate industry. Additionally, Douglas worked for Tarragon Development in Seattle leasing major regional lifestyle and specialty retail developments. A graduate of Emory University, Douglas is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The Retail Broker's Network.
