CorpAxe Builds Momentum with New Additions of Cari Walker and Alex Stewart

NEW YORK, Feb. 6, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- CorpAxe, a market-leading solution for corporate access management (inclusive of commission management, broker vote and regulatory compliance), is pleased to announce that Cari Walker has joined the company to further develop its growing portfolio of U.S. investors.

Cari has worked in the industry from both the buy- and sell-side for over 20 years, giving her a unique perspective and thorough understanding of the product and its competitors. Since starting her career at Goldman Sachs, she has served as the head of Corporate Access for a number of brokers. She transitioned to the buy-side of the industry in 2014 by joining Millennium Partners where she was brought in to centralize corporate access, resource consumption and streamline the broker vote. She served as broker liaison eventually working on strategy and special projects. Cari is the second major hire for CorpAxe in the last 3 months.

Alex Stewart joined CorpAxe in late 2016 as the Head of Global Sales and Product Strategy, and brings with him nearly 18 years of experience in the business. Alex has worked in trading, research and sales at Citigroup and JP Morgan globally, most recently, as the director of the JP Morgan Global Sales Desk in New York. Alex is based in Europe to lead CorpAxe's MiFID II rollout.
