PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- As many as 50 companies and 150 attendees will come together April 20, 2015, at the Northeast Corporate Counsel Forum, a legal education program on key issues facing legal departments and their law firm advisors, HB Litigation Conferences Managing Director Tom Hagy announced today. Hagy said the faculty will feature in-house speakers from PSEG, Prudential, Guidepost Solutions, Ernst Young, Aon, eBay and others. The event is a co-production of HB and Veritext Legal Solutions.
"Corporate attorneys always have a full plate, but increasing government regulations and investigations, cyber threats and e-discovery, among other evolving issues, make a complex job even more so. Our faculty will provide corporate counsel with insights to help them navigate these risks," Hagy said.

Epstein, a member of Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., along with Marc Goldberg of Veritext, have designed a strong program comprising experienced speakers who spend their days in the corporate law trenches.
The seminar will be held at the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa at the bustling Atlantic City beachfront. It kicks off with a welcome reception on Sunday, April 19. Special guests are football greats Ottis "O.J." Anderson and Sean Landeta.
