Corteva Agriscience Announces Quarterly Earnings Calendar
Company also Announces Aug. 17 Webcast to Provide a Strategic Update
WILMINGTON, Del., July 2, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Corteva, Inc. (NYSE: CTVA) today announced the Company will shift to a standardized timeline for its quarterly earnings announcements.
Consistent with the first quarter and beginning with the second quarter, Corteva will announce its earnings approximately six weeks following the quarter close. Earnings conference call dates for 2020 are as follows:
- Second Quarter 2020: Thursday, August 6, 2020 (updated from July 30, 2020)
- Third Quarter 2020: Thursday, November 5, 2020 (no change)
- Fourth Quarter / Full-Year 2020: Thursday, February 4, 2021
The Company will issue its earnings release after market hours the evening prior to each earnings conference call.
Today, the Company also announced it will host a webcast on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time. During the webcast, Corteva Chief Executive Officer James C. Collins, Jr. and Chief Financial Officer Greg Friedman will provide updates on strategic priorities and key product launches.
