Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC (CSI LLC) Announces Acquisition, Plant Improvements and Fiscal Guidance By Asparron Capital, LLC

OXNARD, Calif., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Asparron Capital, LLC, a North Richland Hills, TX-based private investment firm, has acquired the jars and closures assets of Cosmetic Specialties, Inc. (CSI-Cosmolab), a leading plastic injection molding manufacturer for the cosmetics, skincare and personal care industry, and has formed a new company – Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC (CSI LLC), it was announced today by Bruce Bellerose, Executive VP/ Chief Operating Officer of CSI LLC.  The transaction formally separates CSI LLC from Cosmolab, which will continue to operate out of its Tennessee location.
