Investments from WindRose and Court Square will support the growth of Soleo's national and industry-leading complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services

FRISCO, Texas, Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Court Square Capital Partners ("Court Square"), a leading middle-market private equity firm, and WindRose Health Investors ("WindRose"), the New York-based healthcare private equity firm, today announced the closing of a jointly controlled investment in Soleo Health ("Soleo" or the "Company"), a national provider of specialty pharmacy and infusion services.

Headquartered in Frisco, Texas, Soleo provides high-touch specialty pharmacy and infusion services to over 22,000 patients annually through a nationwide network of specialty home infusion pharmacies and ambulatory infusion suites. Through its omnichannel approach and access to life-saving therapies across a wide range of therapeutic areas, Soleo delivers differentiated care to enhance the lives of patients with complex, chronic, and acute conditions.
