At the Special Meeting, Cousins' stockholders will vote on proposals related to the previously announced agreement and plan of merger, pursuant to which Parkway Properties, Inc. (NYSE: PKY) will merge with and into a wholly owned subsidiary of Cousins in a stock-for-stock transaction. The record date for determination of stockholders entitled to vote at the Special Meeting has been set as the close of business on Friday, July 15, 2016.
