ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Maine Lobster, the nationally recognized seafood brand known for its authentic Maine lobster rolls and Shark Tank success story, is taking its Dallas food truck on a seven-day road trip through El Paso and New Mexico from October 5 through October 11.

Cousins Maine Lobster’s new Lobster Roll Flight features its three signature lobster rolls - Maine, Connecticut, and Garlic Butter.

Traveling from Dallas, the truck will make limited-time stops in El Paso, Albuquerque, Taos, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos, and Santa Fe, serving wild-caught Maine lobster and New England-inspired favorites. From local breweries to community gathering places, each stop will bring customers together for incredible food and a taste of Maine.

Customers can expect Cousins Maine Lobster's three signature lobster rolls: the Maine Roll served chilled with mayo, the Connecticut Roll served warm with butter and lemon, and the Garlic Butter Roll finished with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. The tour will also feature the brand's newest menu item, the Lobster Roll Flight, along with clam chowder, lobster tacos, and whoopie pies.

"Bringing the Dallas truck through El Paso and New Mexico gives us the chance to share the Cousins Maine Lobster experience with both longtime fans and first-time customers," said the franchisee of Cousins Maine Lobster Dallas. "I'm especially excited to meet our customers in person, and experience the energy each community brings to the tour."

The El Paso and New Mexico road trip continues Cousins Maine Lobster's strategy of introducing the brand to growing markets through limited-time pop-up experiences that generate excitement, connect with new customers, and bring the energy of the Dallas food truck directly to communities across the region.
