Cousins Maine Lobster Drives Expansion into Orlando & Daytona with Top Franchisee

SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine, Feb. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Maine Lobster, known for drawing big crowds with its world-famous wild-caught Maine lobster rolls, authentic New England clam chowder, and nostalgic whoopie pies, announces its expansion into the Orlando and Daytona markets with the launch of their first central Florida food truck this month. The expansion is being led by brothers and franchisees, Yunus, and Thameem Shahul, who executed a multi-unit deal for Florida in 2024. The Shahul brothers joined CML as franchisees in 2018 and now have more than 20 units open and operating across multiple territories, with more to come! The brothers were recently recognized for their outstanding contributions to new unit growth at the brand's annual Franchise Retreat in Newport Beach, California.
