Cousins Properties Signs Planview as First Major Customer at Research Park V in Austin, TX

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 22, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that it has signed Planview, the global leader in solutions that optimize resources and work, to a 10-year, 51,624 square foot lease at Research Park V in Austin, TX. This is the first major commitment at Cousins' 172,854 square foot Class-A office development located in the Northwest submarket of Austin.

Projected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2016, Research Park V is the last building in a five-building complex which Cousins has developed. With the signing of Planview, the development is now 30% leased with approximately 121,000 available for lease.
