Covertix Hired Galina Datskovsky, Ph.D, CRM as the CEO of Covertix, North America

NEW YORK and KFAR SAVA, Israel, Aug. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Covertix, a cyber-security software solution for enterprise file protection named Galina Datskovsky, Ph.D., CRM as the new Chief Executive Officer of its North American operations.

Galina was a Senior Vice President of Information Governance at Autonomy, an HP Company. She served as a member of the board, President-elect, President and Chair of the board of ARMA International from 2007-2013. She also served as Senior Vice President of Architecture at CA Technologies, responsible for corporate-wide architecture and design initiatives, General Manager of the Information Governance Business Unit and a Distinguished Engineer. Galina is a Certified Records Manager (CRM) and is recognized around the world as an expert in Information Governance and associated technologies. She has been widely published in academic journals and speaks frequently for industry organizations such as ARMA International, ILTA, IQPC, ICA and Cohasset Associates / MER. She received the NJBIZ: Best 50 Women in Business Award in April 2010. Most recently she co-authored "Chucking Daisies", a book on Information Governance. She is also the 2013 winner of the prestigious Emmett Leahy award.

Galina will oversee Covertix's North American operations and its expansion efforts across the region. Covertix has seen strong interest and demand for its SmartCipher technology across North America and is committed to address this growing demand.
