LAS VEGAS, May 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Coyote Ugly Saloon is holding a nationwide charity event at all of its corporately-owned United States locations (Denver, New Orleans, New York City, Oklahoma City, Memphis, Nashville, Austin, San Antonio, Milwaukee and Key West).  100 percent of profits from Wednesday May 29, 2013 will be donated to the Red Cross to help with the relief effort from the most destructive tornado in history.  Coyote Ugly Saloon's Oklahoma City staff were all personally affected by the disaster as the majority of them live in Moore, OK.  Estimates for the damage are rising above the 2 billion dollar mark so far and continue to rise as relief efforts continue.

"The American Red Cross is in Oklahoma today, the Red Cross will be here next week, and most importantly, the Red Cross will be in Oklahoma for the long-term recovery that will continue," Gail McGovern (President and CEO of Red Cross) said in a visit to Moore, OK this week. "The Red Cross was here before the tornadoes and our employees and volunteers are Oklahomans who live and work alongside you. We are – and continue to be – committed to Oklahoma and people in these communities. The Red Cross will spend what it takes to meet the needs of the communities here in Oklahoma that have been so devastated by these tornadoes. The Red Cross is using those donations for Oklahoma right now in these communities as we open shelters and provide food, relief items and health and mental health support to those in need after these tragedies."

Coyote Ugly Saloon became a worldwide social phenomenon when Touchstone Pictures released a major motion picture in 2000 based on founder Liliana Lovell's unconventional approach to the bar business. The notoriety continued to grow with several seasons of an MTV reality show with a behind the scenes look of the world famous brand. With bars all over the world, CUS is not only a household name, but a thriving and expanding enterprise which has and will continue to touch millions. Liliana and her team have always made it a priority to use this renown in an effort to raise money and support others in need and they hope to make this event their most far-reaching yet.  Please see
