Cozy Has Come Ashore: Long John Silver's Brings Comfort Food Favorites to the Menu

From returning Clam Chowder and the $6 Fish Basket to creamy Mac and Cheese and sweet seasonal treats, there's plenty to cozy up to!

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Cold weather, warm chowder, and a few familiar favorites. Starting Nov. 2, Long John Silver's® is serving up comfort with the return of its creamy Clam Chowder. And there's plenty more to cozy up with, including the $6 Fish Basket, creamy Mac and Cheese and a few sweet treats to round out the season.

"There's just something about a warm bowl of Clam Chowder when the weather turns cold. We're bringing back the original recipe our guests know and love, and of course, topping it with our signature Crumblies®," said Meredith Smith, director of brand marketing at Long John Silver's. "Add in Mac and Cheese, our $6 Fish Basket and something sweet to finish, and you've got all the makings of a pretty cozy meal."

Soup Season Calls for a Classic
Some classics don't need reinventing. Made with the original recipe guests know and love, Long John Silver's Clam Chowder features real clams in a rich, savory soup topped with crispy Crumblies. Available in small or large sizes, it's just as satisfying on its own as it is alongside a meal.

And for those who want a little bit of everything, the new Fish and Chowder Platter pairs two pieces of hand-battered fish, Clam Strips, a small Clam Chowder, one side, two hushpuppies, and Crumblies.

More Favorites Worth Coming Home To
Long John Silver's is saving one of its biggest favorites for last. To close out a year of $6 Baskets, the brand is bringing its signature hand-battered fish back into the spotlight. The $6 Fish Basket features two pieces of fish, one side, and two hushpuppies, delivering a complete meal for just six bucks.

And some favorites are here to stay. Mac and Cheese returns, and, this time, it's for good. Tender cavatappi pasta is coated in a rich, creamy white cheddar cheese and topped with signature Crumblies. Enjoy this comfort food as an individual side or in a family-size serving.

Something Sweet to Top Off Your Meal
Fountain drinks are getting a little extra indulgent. New Dirty Sodas let guests add a pump of sweet cream to any 20-ounce fountain beverage, giving their go-to drink a smooth, creamy upgrade.

And for dessert, cinnamon rolls meet cheesecake in the new, limited-time Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory Bakery. With the warm cinnamon flavor of a classic cinnamon roll and rich, creamy cheesecake, it's a treat worth saving room for.
