CPower Acquires Demand Response Partners, Expanding its Demand Response Portfolio.
BALTIMORE, June 16, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CPower announced today that it has acquired all of the demand response assets of Buffalo, NY based Demand Response Partners, Inc. (DRP).
The acquisition is part of CPower's strategy to expand its footprint in the New York ISO market and grow its nationwide demand response portfolio organically and through acquisition.

Former DRP President Carl Almeter will join CPower as Vice President and head of the New York market and will also head the company's nationally offered ancillary services.
