CPSC Posts Product Recalls and Product Safety Warnings to its Web Site

WASHINGTON, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announces today the posting of the product recalls and safety warnings listed below on www.cpsc.gov.

JKMAX Recalls Heated Blankets and Heating Pads Due to Fire and Burn Hazards

• Units: 195,000
• Incidents/Injuries: JKMax is aware of 577 reports of blankets smoking, melting or burning due to the heating elements overheating, including 53 burn injuries.

Sauna360 Expands Recall of Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas Due to Fall Hazard; New Remedy Provided    

• Units: 6,000 (Sauna 360 previously recalled Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas in October 2025)
• Incidents/Injuries: Sauna360 has received 77 additional reports of the benches breaking with six injuries, including one consumer with head and neck injuries and another with a sprained ankle.

Sauna360 Recalls Infrared Saunas, Hybrid Infrared Saunas and Infrared Kits Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fire and Burn Hazards

• Units: 41,580 (In addition, about 6,758 were sold in Canada)
• Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 67 reports of overheating, melting, charring or burning. No injuries have been reported.

Colerinsec Recalls Jerify Magnetic Stick Figure Toy Sets Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Magnet Ingestion; Violate Mandatory Standard for Toys 

• Units: 38,507
• Incidents/Injuries: CPSC and the firm are aware of two reports involving children who were able to remove and ingest magnets from the limbs. Both incidents resulted in hospitalization.

Melissa & Doug Recalls Fire Truck Activity Board Toys Due to Risk of Serious Injury from Choking Hazard; Sold Exclusively at Target   

• Units: 84,000
• Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received 26 reports of the small port coming loose on the product. The Firm has also received one report of a minor cut.

Friedrich Air Conditioning Recalls KÜHL Window Air Conditioners Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death from Fire and Burn Hazards 

• Units: 2,000
• Incidents/Injuries: The firm has received two reports indicating that the air conditioner's motor ignited, with one incident causing smoke and fire damage to a residence. No injuries have been reported.

LANCHEZ Pressure Washers Recalled Due to Serious Risk of Injury or Death from Shock and Electrocution Hazards

• Units: 329
• Incidents/Injuries: CPSC is aware of one report of a missing GFCI. No injuries have been reported.
