First, CQ Roll Call continues a CQ tradition today by publishing its biennial "Guide to the New Congress" – the first to market with profiles of newly minted Members of the 112th Congress. The Guide will be available to all CQ and Roll Call subscribers, and will be handed out at today's CQ Roll Call 2010 Election Impact Conference at the Reagan Building and International Trade Center.

Also today, CQ Roll Call launches a new free daily e-mail newsletter, the CQ Roll Call Daily Briefing. Written by Congress expert and CQ veteran David Hawkings, the Daily Briefing will let you quickly follow the latest happenings in Congress and around Washington, while letting subscribers sample some of the day's exclusive stories from CQ and Roll Call publications at no extra cost. You can register to receive the e-mail by going to http://www.cqrollcall.com/newsletter.

CQ Roll Call also unveils a new look for RollCall.com today, making it easier to navigate and search the site, share articles and see what's important in the 24/7 world of Washington political and policy news. The site includes expanded profiles of Members of Congress, including election history data and links to related news stories.

A key feature of the new design for RollCall.com is its politics section, RollCallPolitics.com, which will take the place of CQPolitics.com as the center for all of CQ Roll Call's expert political coverage. All the features readers enjoyed about CQPolitics.com will now be found on RollCallPolitics.com, including election maps, ace political columnist Stuart Rothenberg and Taegan Goddard's Political Wire, which rounds up the latest political news from around the Web.

"Today marks an important day in our mission of providing information about the politics and process of our government," said Laurie Battaglia, CQ Roll Call's Managing Director and Executive Vice President. "These product enhancements and developments provide our clients, and civic-minded citizens, with crucial information to understand government and empower actions."

These developments are the first steps in a series of new releases and existing product enhancements CQ Roll Call plans to announce in the coming months.
