CR Software Collecting Property Tax for Shelby County, Tennessee

Headquartered in Memphis, TN with offices throughout the county, Shelby County identified the need for a software vendor to streamline collections and management of delinquent county property taxes, selecting Titanium based on an unmatched open architecture environment.

Prior to Titanium, much of Shelby County's collection efforts were time-consuming and manual. During the implementation phase, workflows were pinpointed and defined, leading to better operational efficiency—letters are now sent automatically through the jobs function; Tags are employed to react to workflows; collectors generate out-of-the-box reports in real time and Titanium was configured to interact with the system of record, STAR on an ongoing basis.
