Craig Smith Named President and Chief Operating Officer at Worldnow
NEW YORK, Dec. 23, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Worldnow, the leading provider of digital content management and monetization platforms, announced today that Craig Smith has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Smith will be responsible for overseeing the company's operations and will direct execution of its products, services, support and marketing efforts.

Mr. Smith brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the broadcast and digital media, entertainment, and technology industries. Prior to joining Worldnow, Mr. Smith was Central & East Division Manager for Paramount, where he directed sales and marketing activities for one of the world's largest television and film libraries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Smith spent 11 years at Viacom, where he held various management roles in the television syndication field. Mr. Smith holds a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina School of Journalism, where he studied marketing and television management.
