Crawford Hoying Announces Final Plans for 800 North High
800 North High, the company's first Short North project will include Moxy Hotel, two restaurants and Class A office space.
DUBLIN, Ohio, June 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Construction of the ten-story, mixed-use 800 North High building located in the Short North will begin Fall 2017. Co-anchored by the Moxy Hotel and exceptional office space, the Crawford Hoying development incorporates both stunning architecture and a unique experience for both travelers and Columbus residents. The project, scheduled for completion Spring 2019, features multiple open terraces, an open-air rooftop bar, Class A office space and a ground floor restaurant that opens to High Street.

Partnering with Marriott International Inc., the approximately 118-room Moxy Hotel offers guests a stylish and boutique experience. The restaurant will occupy the first floor at roughly 7,000 sq. ft., while the hotel's lobby will be on the second floor accessed by a monument stair in the lobby off of Hubbard. On the third through fifth floors, 45,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space will be available. The hotel rooms will be on the sixth through ninth floors with the tenth floor being approximately 6,300 sq.ft., independently operated roof-top bar.

800 North High will be 100 percent valet-only to eliminate potential parking congestion in the Short North.
