Compose Your Life is available online starting today, and at a live experience for those attending the 6th Annual S.H.E. Summit in New York City.

The Compose Your Life interactive experience takes activities that occur during the course of a day and turns them into a personalized musical story. Each activity is depicted by a stylish icon and paired with a musical tone, and offers the opportunity to reflect on the activities and experiences that make up a person's day. Nearly 10.5 million adults in the United States are estimated to be affected by ADHD, approximately 4 million of which are adult women. As a result of the disorder, many experience difficulties in multiple aspects of their daily lives. It is also estimated that of the adults that do have the disorder, only 48% of them will speak with a healthcare professional about it. For adults with ADHD, a neurodevelopmental disorder that manifests as a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity/impulsivity and interferes with functioning or development, managing all the aspects of a day can be a challenge.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) impacts people in multiple settings – even beyond work into daily tasks, at home or in social settings.
