Creative Sign Designs Announces Acquisition of Rite Lite Signs

TAMPA, Fla., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Sign Designs, a nationally recognized partner for custom signage, wayfinding systems and environmental graphic design, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Rite Lite Signs, a Concord, North Carolina based full-service architectural sign manufacturer delivering integrated design, fabrication and installation capabilities. The acquisition marks the first strategic add-on for Creative since its 2021 growth recapitalization with Heritage Growth Partners, an Atlanta, Georgia based private, family investment office.

The addition of Rite Lite expands Creative's roster of prestigious national brands and broadens its manufacturing capacity and capabilities across the Southeast. Together, the companies serve a broad array of sectors, including healthcare, multi-family, entertainment, corporate, education, retail, government and national brands. The pairing also enables greater coverage geographically across the Southeast, with improved proximity to key growth markets, including Charlotte, Charleston, Raleigh, Atlanta and Knoxville.
