The event is free to the public and will be held on Wednesday, October 17, and the music starts at 7 p.m. on the outdoor stage on Lower Broadway in downtown Nashville (between 1^st and 2^nd Avenues).  Headliner Luke Bryan will be joined on stage by up-and-coming Country artists Kelleigh Bannen and Jon Pardi.
